I had the honor of attending the Fiona Apple concert in Washington D.C. at the Sixth & I Synagogue last night. It was one of the highlights of my life. If you don't know her, get to know her. She is brilliant. I've loved her since sixth grade and I was beyond excited to see her live. I had been reading the reviews of her concerts and consensus was that she was introspective, "manic", and wild. I found her to be electrifying and beautifully manic. Her genius lies in her poetry, expression, and music; and everyone who was there knew that. I love her sooooo much and I can't wait for her album to release in June. I hope she comes back to DC for another tour in the future!!! .-_-
