It's Friday!!! The weekend is here and the weekend is when I usually spoil my healthy eating habits! :-( There are times when I crave fatty foods, sweet foods, salty foods, and fried foods, etc. The body never lies so my craving is the body's way of telling me that it's deficient in something but I never learned how to accurately decipher what it needs until now. Have a look at this cool chart and try to give your body what it REALLY needs this weekend! .-_-
